yy4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawals or first-time withdrawals. Verification requirements may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be delayed until such verification is completed to our satisfaction.
You may not withdraw bonus funds until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Deposits used to claim bonuses must be wagered at least one time before withdrawal, even if you forfeit the bonus. yy4d reserves the right to reverse withdrawals if suspicious activity, fraud, or terms violations are detected.
All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own legal name. You may not deposit funds from or withdraw funds to accounts belonging to third parties. Use of payment methods owned by another person, including family members, constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 35x wagering requires Rp 3,500,000 in total wagers before withdrawal becomes available. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions, collusion with other players, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other activity that gives the Player an unfair advantage or undermines the spirit of the promotion.
Bonuses typically expire thirty (30) days after activation unless otherwise stated. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiration. It is your responsibility to track bonus expiration dates and complete wagering requirements before expiration.

You acknowledge that internet gaming involves inherent technical risks including potential loss of internet connectivity, device malfunctions, software bugs, and cybersecurity threats. yy4d is not liable for losses incurred due to technical issues on your end, including but not limited to internet disconnections, device failures, or malware infections on your personal devices.
In no event shall yy4d's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount of deposits made by you to your yy4d account in the preceding three (3) months. yy4d shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless yy4d, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of yy4d services, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.
You may close your yy4d account at any time by contacting customer support. If you choose to close your account, you must first withdraw all remaining account balances and complete any pending wagering requirements. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened. Any bonuses, loyalty points, or promotional credits will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
